Naomi has worked 1:1 with thousands of clients helping them lose weight, gain muscle, and maintain their hard work. She gives you the tools and plan to follow, along with weekly accountability and support during your program to help you succeed. 

This isn’t about crash diets or quick fixes-it’s about learning how to fuel your body properly while still enjoying the foods you love. This program gives you a customized macro plan, expert guidance, mindset tools, and real accountability to help you build habits that last and get real results.

This program also comes with a full workout program to compliment your nutrition goals. Workouts can be done at home or in the gym. If you already have a workout program you are invested in, no problem! I will work with you to make sure the nutrition goals align with what you are currently doing. This program also comes with group coaching access for extra motivation from others in the Macro Method community.

IMPORTANT: The $225 payment from this site covers your first month of coaching. The cost for coaching is $225/month which will be invoiced via the Macro Method app monthly during your commitment. For this program you will complete 4 total payments over the course of 16 weeks, which INCLUDES today's check out.
